• Team suit, cap and goggles (keep goggles around neck so they don’t get lost)
• Black Sharpie for marking events
• Sunscreen
• Towels
• Water bottle
• Chairs or towels for sitting in zoo
• Change of clothes
• Something to do while waiting for your event
• Label all items!

CHAMPS is broken up into 3 AGE-GROUP meets during the day. Typically, 5-6 year old swim from about 8 - 10:30am, 7-10 year olds swim 11 - 1:30pm, and 11-18 year olds swim 2 - 6pm.

Swimmers will need to remain on lower pool deck for entire duration of their AGE-GROUP meet; they will not be allowed to leave meet early or come up into the stands until all swimmers in their age-group have completed their events.

Please discuss with your swimmer and be willing to commit to the duration of their age-group meet before signing up for CHAMPS events.
