Belterra Marlins Swim Team

Are you a passionate swimmer looking to give back to the team? The Belterra Marlins are seeking Junior Coach Volunteers to help support and inspire younger swimmers!

Belterra Marlins Junior Coach Volunteer Requirements:

• Must be completing 8th grade in May 2026.
• Must be a registered Belterra Marlin swimmer.
• As a swimmer, you must actively participate in swim meets.
• Must have communication skills to communicate effectively with the Head Coach and Assistant Coaches.

Volunteer Job Description:

• Help ensure swimmer safety during practices by following proper precautions and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with the Head Coach about practice procedures, emergencies, and swimmer well-being.
• Attend all team meetings and events as required by the Head Coach.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and supportive attitude toward all swimmers.
• Follow all Belterra team policies and procedures.
